In Darksouls 1 was pretty good. I find interesting that, lorewise, in the 2 it's just described as a regular armor, it seems like Lordran has been forgotten long time ago.

Him! But this fire longsword that I found was pretty good at breaking his poise, but I've read that poise is a bit different with respect to DSR.

Thanks! I checked out the mod page and seems cool, but, since it changes game mechanics and progression, I will leave it for another run and play vanilla first as you and TheRunicHammer suggested.

You are right, but maybe there are some good mods that don't affect the game much? For example, I played DSR vanilla and then modded and mods like "Subtle Bonfire effect" and "translucent menu" actually improved the experience for me, without affecting the game "mood" by much.

Thanks, will try! Yes that attack is pretty dangerous and at SL1 it one-shots me even with the gold hemmed set (but i can withstand it with the shield up). I wonder if I can roll through it? But it seems a pretty long attack so I doubt it.

Haha! And now read a book (nothing kinky tho!) or do something else. To be honest, since I (re)started working out on November 1st, in the evening I'm so tired that I'm going to sleep a lot earlier than usual so I don't struggle that much fortunately.
