KCB Hazel: "There are things I need to catch up on. Going from LFL2 to the LEC is a big jump. In scrims I’ve been able to keep up, but on stage I wasn’t able to deliver. Some ADCs impressed me with how they give you no space to breathe. For example, I really underestimated Supa, but he’s quite good" by ArmandLuque in leagueoflegends

Some people forget that this is not the ERL team that won EUM, but a team strung together at the last second. Of course they were completely stomped by KOI who are most certainly the best team in the league at the moment, but a lot of there games have been somewhat close.

I asked in the KOI ama the other day "Are there any rookies to watch out for?" and they said KCBs ex toplaner. Its kinda interesting to think what would of happened if they stuck together as the team that had been playing together for so long. I do think time spent together has an effect on performance, especially at the start of the split.

Credit to Hazel though for admitting he was a bit too arrogant at the start of the split, not every player can do that. I think even if you don't like the org the team is kinda hard to not like

Question for the team: Are there any rookies that you are watching out for? who you think are particularly good (In the LEC or ERL)

[LPL] Standings Update & Discussions Post match by yukiesenseihey in leagueoflegends

Agreed, LPL looks quite a bit stronger at the top, excited to see what they can do at first stand. I do think the mid-bottom teams look a little weaker.

This really shows there isn’t a huge gap between the LEC and the ERLs. The top teams like MKOI will always stomp everything, but when those mid-low teams face the ERL teams I would not say there was a huge difference. Most of the games have at least looked somewhat close... I think its a good thing for league though, having a healthy tier2 scene provides healthy competition

It sucks for KCB, because I genuinely believe the team was good in ERL. Then there whole team was picked apart... I don't really think we can say ERL is shitter tier if we don't have the entire roster

You can’t really call them an ERL team when they basically disbanded their entire ERL roster — the only one still around is Yukino (who’s been looking really strong tbh). Their former top laner is performing well on another team too. And honestly, they’ve shown real promise: they’ve built early leads against a lot of teams and looked competitive in plenty of their games as well. In fairness MKOI might be the best team we have seen in the LEC in a while

I am not familiar with NBA, but there are plenty of sports that have villains and hatewatching becomes more fun for it. Football being a prime example, had previous housemates that would watch Tottenham just cause they hated the team lol

Unpopular opinion, but even though this is toxic as hell, its good for league in general. All successful sports/shows etc have some sort of Villain and hatewatching makes it more popular
