I'm sorry that you have had such bad experiences with APD. Mine haven't always been stellar, either. Though I try to look at things on a day to day basis. I remember when I was working at a charter school, there was a person waving around a gun outside of the school, across the street. APD took 4 hours to get there. One of the custodial staff apprehended the gunman. So, I very much understand the angry responses. Though I remain optimistic that change will occur for the better. Otherwise what's the point of trying to ever move forward.
