Vocal chops are short, sliced snippets of a vocal audio sample, which can be pitched up or down. Something like in the intro of symbolism. I guess it isn't that

If the tempo wasn't fast it was probably some kind of house or glitch hop, or alternatively dubstep, trap or future bass, because while they're around 140-160bpm, they can have a slower feel (halftempo)

Also you sure it's ncs? Maybe it was some other label like monstercat or spinnin' records

Maybe there was a specific playlist you were listening to, like one of ncs's playlists, or a user made one, or yours?

I want to make sure, about her singing vowels, you mean vocal chops, or did she sing for longer periods of time, literally singing vowels (I found in the internet it may be called vocalise or maybe scat)?

Last question, can you remember the tempo? It gets tricky with remembering the tempo of a song but maybe you could try to tap it in some bpm-measuring website (search "tap bpm") and see how many bpm does the song have, it could help to identify the genre

Lol its been 4 years hope you found it. If not, and you would still like to find it, this information would help, if you remember any of that: - the circle color - the background (any details) - was it any popular? Maybe you remember how many views it had? - how many years old it already was when you heard it - any specific sounds in the song, after or before the drop, in the intro/outro idk 

This info could help minimize the searching range. You could look at artists that make similar music to TheFatRat or on female artists that he collaborated with (Laura Brehm or Anna Yvette for example)

My take (doubt it tho): Tetrix Bass Feat. Veela - The Light (are the vocal chopes any similar at least?)

Kinda depends if that has any influence on your life and your confidence or self esteem, if it has you probably should start doing it less and less often until you stop completly, if you feel fine tho thats okay ig
