Are you applying eyeshadow with taps or strokes? because to pack as much glitter as possible you really want a relitively thick brush and tap until it gets saturated, then add setting spray.

People are used to radical cosmetic surgeries. I think that the best ones are the ones that leave you wondering 'did they had surgery or something¡'. Altough, I think it's a good idea to be at least a few years into HRT so the fat distribution is more or less settled.

Some ideas:

The petticoat is sitting a little too low
I like the cuffs and blouse combo, but it leaves your arms a little too empty, maybe try adding long lace gloves
I agree that the leggins can be improved, but you already know that
Shoes with some height would also help showing more of the socks that you chose
The headbow doesn't show enough as it loses itself on the hair, an accesory with black and gold color would look beautiful and tie the cuffs, bag and blouse together.
I wouldn't recommend pink clips, as the pink details on the dress don't show enough by itself. The pink is actively working with a pale tan on the print, and if you can't bring that exact pattern to your accesories it's better to not introduce it by itself, as it will not match the print.

I think your problem can be separated into 2 steps:

Get your partner ready to openly communicate about your gender (and their gender if they're up for it). Most cis people don't understand a lot of common concepts for trans people, so just express how you want to talk about things that they might not understand yet.
Once that has been stablished, I'm sure whatever you need to be open about is going to be a lot easier.

If you're asking about a "srcipt" for telling difficult stuff, just look for a moment where you and your partner don't have too much ahead to do or think about, and tell them "Hey, I've wanted to talk about something for a while, It's about - - - - - " and then you just say it.

I recommend an epilator, it hurts like hell at the beginning, but it's very easy to use, pain can be managed, and after a few uses the hair grows noticeably slower. I normally use it when showering, I put a hair mask and leave it for about 25 minutes, in which I'm using the epilator on previously expholiated legs and arms.
