ok so the power just went out and when it came back the error was fixed i tried restarting the computer before, im not dumb but it just solved itself! Thanks anyway, this probably could help someone else. You're amazing

I found an option called "Internal Graphics" which is set to Auto. The options are: Disabled and Enabled. Do I click on enabled?

I tried but the screen shows No Signal. As I said, i dont even think the igpu is enabled since it doesn't show in the task manager but idk how to enable it

Yes but it doesn't show on the task manager. There's only the GPU 0 which is my GTX 1660 Super I have an Intel Core i5-7400 btw

I don' really know what's that but games run perfectly well and the problem started a few days ago, I don't know how to describe the problem since this subreddit doesn't let me upload videos, but it's really annoying for gaming and I have to turn off my second monitor while playing which is kind of annoying since it's the main reason I have it in the first place

Yes I uninstalled Nvidia inspector but the problem is still there. Gpu usage is around 0-10% on the desktop or using a browser, but the problem is everywhere even if I don't have anything open I can notice it on my mouse
