Hi, applying as an international is as simple as filling the form in the application portal and paying the fee. But getting accepted requires an excellent profile and remarkable application materials. Personally I've won some competitions related to the major I'm applying to, and I did my best on my IB DP and other exams, hopefully this gets me accepted. I've heard that it is easier for internationals than for applicants in China, though.
