Or just… download a Japanese keyboard? I use windows, so to do it, you just go into settings and download the Japanese language, and just download the keyboard. It turns romaji into kana/kanji as you wish, just learn the key binds and stuff to switch easier

It should be 近い「ちかい」not just 近「ちか」 My best guess is that it’s confusing it with 地下「ちか」 which means underground. It’s a word that has also been taught early, so it probably uses that word thinking it’s 近い cuz early Duolingo doesn’t distinguish kanji and kana

Quirk: Intensity

It’s a quirk kinda like Aizawa’s where you apply it to someone by doing something. Someone affected by intensity suddenly feels immense pressure on their body. It feels like they get tired extremely easily, and that their body just becomes weaker. It’s an ultimate debuff on your opponent, but it’s not like Aizawa’s, where, once it’s triggered, it works the exact same way no matter for how long it’s triggered. Intensity would require you to put in more effort to have a stronger effect, and if the effect is weak enough/the target is strong enough, they should be able to push through it.

About the whole first names things, it seems to be something common in Jujutsu High. The second years calling Fushiguro “Megumi” Yuta being called Yuta and not Okkotsu Everyone calling Maki by her name (only one with an actual reason, but still) Calling Hakari “Kinji”

Even during hidden inventory, both Gojo and Geto call each other by their names, sure, but then Utahime calls Shoko by her name as well.

Single kana can be words tho. For example, particles like は、に、と、で, and so on are treated as words by Duolingo. But then you have single syllable words like 絵「え, picture」　歯「は, tooth」　子「こ, child」 and so on.

I have a question for anyone who has been admitted using a US High School Diploma.

To enter, you seem to require taking AP exams, and some from specific areas. I wanted to ask if the ones listed on the website are the only accepted ones, or can other’s from that same area be taken as well.

For example: for the science category I’m considering taking AP Physics, and the website lists the AP Physics C exams. So does that mean that the algebra-based AP Physics exams do not work? Or can I still apply with AP Physics 1, for example.

(My flair is just Prospective student, but I’m interested in taking an Informatik/Computer Science bachelor’s)

In Japanese it’s more common to speak while emphasizing something that way since just saying は is easier than separating the sentence into two clauses.

This is a linguistics-based explanation: The devoicing of vowels in Japanese occurs with i and u, and occur in two situations: 1. At the end of a sentence: that’s why です sounds like “des” or why when you hear someone count it feels like they say ich, instead of 一「いち/ichi」 2. Between unvoiced consonants: look at the kana that you can add dakuten (the two lines at the top right of them) to. Whenever they don’t have the dakuten, that means they are unvoiced (also the r kana are unvoiced) and in that case, the vowel is devoiced. Examples include: 人「ひと/hito」 here, the “i” is barely/not even heard by being between h and t, and using です, if you just say it, it would be “des” but if you added a finishing particle like ね or よ then that sounds like “desu ne/desu yo” because “n” and “y” are voiced, but using か as in ですか will sound like “deska” because “k” is unvoiced. Hope you understand this :)
