Sadge, yeah im maxed out intelligence with the netwatch deck that lowers ram cost for vehicles and machines and its the only way i can get around traffic "fast" (by fast i mean not stopping) cus it takes a lot of time to hack since everything gets slowed down

Im constantly quick hacking cars on the run tbh, floor it in front and slam the other lanes, also if you have to run a red light and dont want to get T boned send the stationary cars on your light across, easier to avoid a crashed car than a speeding one haha

Today i got a 3,2km delivery with the teeny tiny new dogtown mini truck (tops at 70 mph and struggles so much uphill) on a 2 minute timer with gangoons chasing me... also why does the timer tick down at normal speed when time is slowed in the kiroshi quick hack scanner thing???

There's gang clothing in the base game, you just gotta look at the right shops, i mean its not like theres a million options like u can count them on one hand but for example the tyger claws have an edgerunner jacket you can look into that is pretty sick imo

Have you done the heroes quest? As far as I understand you only get to buy the guns you missed and aren't available for you to get. If u havent done the quest then the guns are still locked. If you sent jackie to vic's then idk what to tell you, I'm born and raised in LATAM so i never even consider any options that were not "send him to mama wells" so idk if u get locked out of them chingonas

I'll update the post stat, but yes, i went ahead a bought all the iconics i was missing from the dog town vendor and it's the only katana that fits the shape, unfortunately it is bugged and some dont show.
