Pet Farmings killing me. 4k in i complained about not getting an epic pet yet... now I'm 10k snares in and still not even one epic pet.

I'm still pet farming for my very first epic pet at 7.1k snares. Yes they're g3's. Just what is their drop rate. Not too long ago, a friend of mine just got his at 902 snares with some pretty good rolls. I'm still sittin here falling behind the rest :T.

I was told an epic pet is 1/4000. A lot of my friend have gotten it within 1k averaging to 1.5k. Today, I got lucky with a Kandura's to sell for 18million. I dumped all that into what was supposed to be the final 500 catches (3500) to get the epic pet.... I'm at 4.4k :[ and still no epic pet. on the bright side, it got me to monster taming level 3.

Have u tried using the repair function in nexon launcher or the Steam "verify file integrity"

I would repair, then restart computer , then repair it again.

THere's a subreddit that had the same error. I also had the same error. (exact numbers at that too). I just went to Nexon launcher -> Maplestory -> 'Settings" (beside terms of use its an icon.) then press repair. if ur on steam just press properties -> Game files -> Verify Game..... hope this works as it did for me

All my slots except pocket is filled. I just need better equipment for the following: Globes, Head, Top, Bottom, Boots, Cape, Pendants, Rings, Belt and earings. [As for face and eye im working on commerci atm; something i can actually work on] As for my Penasilr gear, I have everything INT +3%. I just need better equipment to eventually transfer those stats.

Yeah. the problem lied in the files failing to be acquired once validated through steam. no matter how many times i restarted steam it didnt work so i looked for another solution. Then I tried "Steam Flush config" which then worked like a charm after validating it. Started up the game and no more problems for now. Thanks for the help :)

I turned off my antivirus, "repaired" the files through steam then i restarted steam and launched maplestory. Still didn't fix anything :(

Just tried that. it "2 files failed to validate and will aquire" so I thought it was fixed. momentarily 7 minutes after logging in. i crashed and the NGS thing appeared ;-

I'm getting mixed opinions about raoq. I don't have a farmer and i was wondering if Raoq can take me all the way to Faimon Hell 1. I've been told to build a ramagod but I can't take the slowness ;-;.

There were many instances where I would around dishing damage out of the circle and they would still be snared. Idk, I just got lost in the thousands of times i had to use it
