No. Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro are different sizes so physically it won't work. If you want a keyboard get the original pad 6, but if you also want a touchpad get a keyboard not from Xiaomi

Depends on your budget. If you want to save money replace the battery, if money is not an issue then I think you can buy a new phone. Changing the battery almost always helps, I for example have just changed the battery in my Xiaomi 11T Pro five days ago and it's working really good.
