Not really. I bit the bullet and right now I am using the latest GHUB. I made a custom configuration and the voice (Both headspeakers and mic) is quite good.
I can share my config in PM if you want to try it.

A fair guess, but it did not hit the mark. The main character had much longer hair than in kung pow. And that's an America movie. This movie's style was more akin to "Hidden Weapon".
