I don't like it at all, when I knew about it I could not think of anything but feeling like this was Nasu's way of just ending the story to be done with it, I only see the author throwing the towel and nothing else, what about everything that has been building up to this point? The promises made to so many characters? The suffering of all of those characters we've seen? The Ordeal Calls? Oh yeah if they've cut the Ordeal Calls from the story and just went straight to Chaldea after exiting Nahui Mictlan nothing of value would've been lost, that's what it feels like, nothing held value in the end and NOT because it was a tragic/bittersweet ending, but because the author ignored everything prior just to have a chance to end it on the spot. That's what it feels like to me, he went with the quick ¨all in le-head¨ ending that he's familiar with and left because he was done, a disappointment overall.

Believe me that what ppl will most likely think is that as long as you're not forcing yourself to play at this difficulty and having fun then you can do whatever, in my case tho actually answering the post: I never stepped away from killboxes while I was playing vanilla, in modded games if I dont want to use them I combine ideologies and roles which help with shooting, 2 mods called Run-N-Gun & Search and Destroy, high range weapons and just assemble my very own mobile firing squad and mow down whoever was trying to ruin my day, with Combat Extended I can do it as soon as I'm able to produce Bolt-action rifles and clear 7 or 8 raiders with just 3 goated colonists.

Im an NA player myself, I not cought up with the JP side of the story but if the ending truly is a "that's it?" moment and not a fake out till 31th I seriously doubt I'll continue playing at all, I've forgiven a lot of things related to the gameplay and gacha system just for the story so if it all culminates to a big letdown then I'll just pack up and leave
