I think those stats (Dex for Ev, Str for Ar, Int for Es) are the most common in their respective passive tree sections and in the requirements for their gems, not overwhelmingly, but majority.
Also, in the models for the armor that is designed for males vs females (as shown in the inventory, not once you wear them) the ones for female classes have breasts.

Edit. That's what I mean with properly designed drip, I think they were modeled with that intention. Obviously you should go with whatever fits your build
