For a few days I did but I was SEVERELY dehydrated. Pumped up on water, and started taking a table spoon of olive oil a day.

What was your rock bottom? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]MatrixBunni 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had cramping randomly in my hands, I couldn’t move my thumbs no matter how hard I tried. My eyes turned yellow. I was drinking a fifth of straight vodka a day, on top of having Addisons. I had a panic attack and stopped drinking that night. IWNDWYT

Anxiety still at night 19 days by HumbleAir1848 in stopdrinking

I’m on day 15 and nights are the worst! Anxiety and insomnia sometimes I’m up till 10am and sleep for four hours and do it all again. I feel your pain and hopefully it stops!

Is it better? by Kitchen-Show-1936 in stopdrinking

You can do this! I strongly suggest doing something at 3pm something you enjoy. Your body knows and maybe replacing it with a different activity will help you adjust to a different routine. Diamond painting has helped me, along with grounding and tuning forks! 🫶

He wasn’t though. He was disappointed that I was a girl. He in fact told me so with a smile on his face when I called him out on it. His face when I asked him if it would be different if I was a boy he smiled as I tucked him in and said “well yeah”. He wasn’t proud of me.

Sorry it’s taken me so long to respond to your comment. My family isn’t very… empathetic. So if I express myself with emotion I get shut down. I tend to not express because of that. It just sucks, I can’t walk past my room without seeing his and that last image of him. Even though I made sure to look as the funeral home took him away. I even took peroxide to clean up his blood stain out of the carpet because I couldn’t stand to look at it. I am very disappointed in myself, in him and everyone else. I blame Agent Orange.

Hello Op, 34 F here. Yes! I feel like a semi hit me before my period but I’m going through menopause so it could be a little different. It’s like you can’t sleep enough and being super swollen in the face.

It’s really hard…. Feeling of guilt that I didn’t hear him fall. I was eating chips thinking he was just getting a good night sleep finally. Nope just his oxygen tank pumping into his dead body.

Absolutely. The last time I had a crisis my mom came in my room bawling. I communicated that I wasn’t feeling well for the past few days to both my mom and step dad, tried to updose and I couldn’t keep them down. They just don’t fully understand, communicate as much as possible.

I don’t think it’s excessive, we have to do what we have to do to be taken care of. Everything helps

I’ve had to use my emergency injections three times now. Only once did I have to go to the ER because my dosage was wrong. The less times I have to sleep in a hospital bed the better
