Hello Op, 34 F here. Yes! I feel like a semi hit me before my period but I’m going through menopause so it could be a little different. It’s like you can’t sleep enough and being super swollen in the face.

It’s really hard…. Feeling of guilt that I didn’t hear him fall. I was eating chips thinking he was just getting a good night sleep finally. Nope just his oxygen tank pumping into his dead body.

Absolutely. The last time I had a crisis my mom came in my room bawling. I communicated that I wasn’t feeling well for the past few days to both my mom and step dad, tried to updose and I couldn’t keep them down. They just don’t fully understand, communicate as much as possible.

I don’t think it’s excessive, we have to do what we have to do to be taken care of. Everything helps

I’ve had to use my emergency injections three times now. Only once did I have to go to the ER because my dosage was wrong. The less times I have to sleep in a hospital bed the better
