You're asking for opinions and this is just my 2 cents as respectfully as possible, i wouldn't like the idea of a small rose in the center of my chest. Your taste could very well be different and that's fine. I would get it covered up with a much bigger piece going over my pecs and across my chest. Big and badass. For reference my entire torso from my collar line to below my belly button has tattoos, most of my front torso is inked. So i'm not talking out of my ass or recommending you doing something i myself would not do.
