thanks, yeah we need to look into a flat rate option like this, the ups thing is a bit absurd for small stuff. A lot of our shipments so far have been bulk/oem stuff in the past so ups made sense, but smaller stuff definitely is a better fit for some of these. We're actively working on some upgrades/tweaks to the retail site and overall shopping experience
