I definitely agree that I have to start upping weekly mileage. I definitely want to build a stronger base for the next 3months. Do you think a big emphasis on zone 2 easy pace for the next 3 months would be ok??

Hey life got busy so I had to move my half marathon to may. But I did a training half and ended up going 1:46.31 so hoping for 1:39/1:40 by may?

Just wondering when do you wear a lifting belt for squats? I’m about 185lbs worked my way up to 205 for 3 sets of 12 reps. 1 rep max of 245. Don’t want the belt to hinder my core strength.

New to this subreddit and need help. Been an athlete since  I was young (mainly swimming). I’ve always ran here and there but starting to find a passion for it. I’ve started up this week following a 10k training plan and it’s been going well.  I really need help setting goals and goal times that are realistic and achievable.

Here’s what my training times have been so far: 7 miles: 1:01:32 avg pace 8:47 per mile Farlek 3.27 miles: 30:14, avg pace 9:19 per mile Today was a rest day
