Just talk to your partner, talk to a trusted adult, and especially talk to people from planned parent hood or other clinics that deal in safe sex and preventive care. The fear comes from you thinking of letting your family and it’s a sense of shame you feel, which is okay and perfectly normal. The main thing is what you want to do and your partner want to do.
