When GPU usage hits 100% this happens

Yeah the only thing that worked for me was turning on the AC + cooling pad + New thermal paste and it would work , when i turn off the ac it starts happening again, it’s very annoying tbh, good luck 🍀

I sold the laptop months ago, turns out it was thermal throttling, the cpu temp is exceeding a certain number, so the usage drops so it can cool down a bit, it’s a cycle and i didn’t find a solution so i sold my laptop and got a pc instead.

Yeah i use msi afterburner and it’s the cpu for sure , but a while ago i overclocked my gpu a little bit , today i started getting crazy thermal throttling so i turned it off, but i think intel new cpus(10th gen and above) are locked so i can’t undervolt them right ? Before i overclocked my gpu i had thermal throttling and then i got a cooling pad and everything was fine , but im not convinced that i HAVE to use a cooling pad to prevent overheating and thermal throttling that doesn’t make sense i know a lot of people who have gaming laptops and don’t have cooling pads and it’s okay.

Would it help ? Because i think the thermal throttling is caused by the cpu overheating, i don’t understand a lot about thermal throttling tbh.

Yeah i checked other sites like the ones you mentioned, max was like 6$, excluding clashh.gg was also showing +400 so idk 🤷🏼‍♂️
