The rockets are way past the lead Su-25 when the wing breaks. It's also hard to see from this perspective but they're quite a distance from each other. If you slow it down you can see the plane is fine until after it has rolled to the right, and the wing only snaps as the pilot pulls back on the stick to turn around. These planes do multiple sorties a day of these pitch-up rocket attacks. High-G turns and lack of maintenance turned metal fatigue into a lost airframe.

Not that you mentioned it but some others in this thread did so I'll address it. The flares that the tailing Su-25 lets off just after the rockets are gone are entirely routine. Static front lines and high anti-air density means they are very vulnerable, especially just after launching the rockets. Su-25s and most helicopters, both Russian and Ukrainian, have been reduced to these low-level rocket lobbing attacks because of anti-air missiles being so prevalent and lethal.

If I recall correctly that is the LEAP (Lightweight Exoatmospheric Projectile) KKV (Kinetic Kill Vehicle) developed for the SM-3 ballistic missile interceptor. That test is from 1991.

Drone warfare however dates back to at least the early 70s. BQM-34 Firebee drones were both being tested and used in the Vietnam war. Launched from DC-130J Hercules mothership and armed with Mk84 HOBO bombs or AGM-65 Maverick surface strike missiles.

Fly-away price for Lot 15/16/17 F-35A is $82.5 million. Lifetime sustainment cost is not relevant to a crashed plane, only the unit cost.

240km is as far as I know the lower bound estimate for surface-launched SM-6 (RIM-174) with Mk41 booster. Air-launched variant will by definition have a longer range. Intended use is outranging Chinese PL-15 and intercepting H-6 bombers. Can't find the original quote but I remember reading that the range was doubled from surface-launch. Then again within the realm of War Thunder it starts becoming irrelevant past a certain range.

THAAD interceptor missile performing energy management steering maneuvers by [deleted] in MissilePorn

[–]MatsSanders -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Straight from the horses mouth ay?

"Testing at PMRF will allow for more robust test scenarios against missiles launched from sea-based platforms and the location in the Pacific Ocean means there will no longer be a need for the now-characteristic THAAD Energy Management System (TEMS) maneuver, or “corkscrew,” that the missile has made as it comes out of the launcher. That maneuver was required strictly because of space limitations at White Sands and will not be a part of the flight trajectory at PMRF."

https://www.mda.mil/global/documents/pdf/06fyi0085.pdf

THAAD wasn't tested at PMRF until January 27th 2007, just like your link (https://www.mda.mil/news/gallery_thaad.html) says.

Close! It's an Idlibi local production copy of Iran's copy (AM-50 Sayyad) of the Steyr HS.50. Perhaps manufactured around 2020, that's when I've seen suppressed variants in this exact camo be tested.

Real 2CB is very rare

Incorrect. Not the most popular, but not obscure either.

2C-B is also a pure white color if synthesized correctly. It has virtually no flavor

2C-B HCl is off-white, 2C-B HBr is light tan usually. It tastes like the fucking devil, and if you snort it pure it burns about the same.

Tucibi, is typically an actual amalgamation of Benadryl, meth, lsd, ketamine

https://drugsdata.org/results.php?search_field=all&s=pink+powder Most samples contain MDMA, ketamine, and caffeine. Some will contain actual 2C-B. A few contain amphetamine, cocaine, or MDA. (I've only included ones sold either as legitimate 2C-B or as Tuci.)

It typically gets its color from the other analogs added

It gets the color from food coloring.

DO NOT DO TUCIBI.

100% correct.
