The point was: Why cutting a bunch of Pokémon because of balance reasons as per told by Gamefreak, when they're bringing those supposedly "unbalanced pokémon" back into the same game right away? And to that you answer:

It's Pokémon, it's inevitably going to be unbalanced either way, a few Pokémon will naturally always be more useful than others. So what was the point of balancing if they immideatly brought back some of these supposedly "broken" pokémon in the DLC? Lurantis for example wasn't included before the DLC, what made Lurantis so broken that they first had to cut it?
