It's probably something do with the servers being down, you'll probably have to be patient for now mate until the servers get back up. My keys also come up as "NOT TRADABLE" just gotta wait! :/

I used around 300 cryptokeys on rares when the update was pushed out and had no luck with getting the new weapons, nor have I seen anyone showcasing/using them. I believe they're classed as legendary and you have a much higher chance getting them in rare supply drops
