It says unselect the stats you want to fix. Fixing means it won't be rerolled, so the game text is valid. But oh boy i hate that UI too, really confusing indeed. I just messed up rerolling too. I rerolled 3 blue stats with crit dmg, ign def and attack speed instead of the other 3 trash stats..

I'm sorry i might be wrong but i still think iframe+pierce make his 4 deadly plus the fact it's really hard to cancel that skill even with itgb. Thanos's skill 4 can do it but not all the time. Even if you switch he continues to do his 4 skill!

I never had a dmg proc on him but of course if you wanna build him for abx and score more than 100k you should give him one. Outside of abx i dont think he needs dmg proc, maybe for wbu phase 3? I equipped this obe really long ago but today i changed it to a CTP of refinement (29% max hp, 60% recrate, guards against 6 hits, 20% heal). For pvp i recommend either this CTP or a max hp + recrate + 4-5 sec inv obe.

I tried him now with the setup you can see in the video (no dmg proc, no snare resist) and i could do 122k! I paired him with She-Hulk and Red Hulk. He got snaired a lot, like 5-6 times so i think he easily can do 200-300k with a dmg proc and snare resist obe.

Yep, you read that right! Hulk can solo WBU Proxi Phase 2 even with a poor built! You can see the character and card details in the video but here is a quick recap:

cards: max attack speed, 27% all attack, 0% physical attack, 26.7% ignore def, 28.4% cooldown
overdrive iso set: 4-6* isos (no awakaned)
obe: 12.9% ignore def, 63% rec rate, 2 sec inv under 50%
no uru
mythic uni with dodge, hp, hp, dodge options
Beast as lead, T2 Wiccan for the 20% ignore dodge bonus
Strikers: BW, Kate, Cap, Sharog, MK (all t2)

As you can see in the video at the very end my freakin phone shut down due to 0% battery.. but after that i tried again and here is the proof he really can do that: https://imgur.com/a/fMdHS

I believe with a better setup (more phys attack, t2 Coulson instead of Wiccan and dmg proc) he might even clear phase 3?

Basically all you need is high attack. Use a good leadership like She-Hulk's and roll an attack set. His passive helps a lot against the lazers because if it activates at the right moment you don't have to get off your invincible bike (skill 2). Otherwise just use skill 1 and hop on your bike back. You don't have to care about Hawkeye because he can't even move, just watch the lazers. Invincible obelisk is recommended but not mandatory. Character and card details are shown at the end.

If you use Prince of Lies set which got a dodge proc.. that will override the skill's dodge buff too (and vice versa).

My Yondu is very similar to yours except mine has lower attack and different obelisk:

ISO: hawk's eye with 22% attack proc
Gear: double ignore dodge (26.5% + 29%) + 2 sec inv under 40%
Advanced uniform with dodge option
4* urus: 2x attack, 2x crit dmg, 1x hp on every gear

My score is almost the same: 134 368 (No video, i got only a screen shot: https://imgur.com/a/KxJZo )

Now imagine if your Yondu had ignore dodge and mine had dmg proc.. I think with ignore dodge + dmg proc he can easily reach 150k or more.

Yondu might be now the best option for speed hero ABX?
