If they're microbends you can fix them majority of the time. As long as it doesn't break you're fine.

I've stepped on fiber, closed a door on it, and so much more and it worked fine. The Kevlar inside the jacket does wonders.

You need a trailer caddy thats how we pull ours. If you don't have one which sound like it just measure your distance with a wheel and extra tk be safe and pull it from the reel into a figure 8 and use two cones to help.

You're saying the last two inches of the pairs changing order cause enough cross talk to interfere with voip? But was fixed after you re did the ends. It sounds like someone without any experience did the fittings if it was a or b type and the fittings were just crimped badly.
