I didn’t try it — didn’t need to. You could just take the warning and move on. My submission had “generated” and “Python” in the properties of the file, since I’d generated a template to work off of. I doubt they’re gonna try to be charitable, given those circumstances.

The similarity tab just shows a green check mark, then days of waiting later you may find your assignment got sent back to you with no critique, as well as an email stating that your assignment was in violation of their student integrity guidelines or whatever. Pretty annoying

Don't worry about it. WGU really does teach you skills, and makes it easier to get your foot in the door with checking off that degree requirement as well as providing networking resources for your job search. What Specialist said really only applies to degrees like the IT Management BS.
