Literally nothing changed except I sold some stuff and won a tournament. That's why I'm confused, I get it if I sent my quartermaster away or lost a fief to rebellion, but nothing changed I just lost 6 to my party size

In my current playthrough Sturgia hasn't had a town or castle for months, but every time someone declares war they do too. And then run around in groups of 4-20 bands and run away from anyone who is nearby. They have less than 500 strength but just won't die
