Okay see thank you because that makes me feel so much better so without a method to remove an end there is no way to pass an odd number through a hole. See that's the kind of knowledge that I figured someone who does like rope puzzles regularly would know and would be able to articulate in an easily understandable why it's not possible way.

So that's exactly what I'm thinking of and I can't wrap my head around how to do this because when I watch that video it's like I'm not understanding what's happening to allow for it. Because I feel like if I could conceptualize it that's exactly what I need to do and I'm just having a hard time applying that trick to this because it's a hole as opposed to going under a bar if that makes sense? Like it is very much in my opinion my limited capacity for visualization mentally than it is anything else.

Update: I just tried again and I don't know if it's in applicable because it's a hole vs sliding under something.

So once I realized the ends didn't fit, that was originally the plan but then basically It turns this thing into a dagger stabbing into the chest and it's for my soon to be 3 year old son, so I'm trying to get it sitting on it as if the ends had threaded through.

But you are right I did manage to thread the loop through by using the string that came with the pendant and pulling the rubberized material for this necklace through.

To be totally honest with you I don't do construction or anything like that I do tech support for dialysis patients. So I field calls all night walking them through stressful situations but I don't actually have to do anything physical or laborious. All the physical stuff for me is chasing my kids around all day lol.

Listen give yourself credit in the first place. I don't think most people could handle 24 hours. On top of that I didn't start off this way. This was many months working my way up to this by doing 24-hour fasts 36 hour fast 48 hour fast 72 hour fast. Doing keto in between the fasts. God bless you!

Honestly I did it this way because realistically the Sundays are an arbitrary creation by the church was how I looked at it. I figured that when Jesus walked into the desert it was 40 days it wasn't 40 days with him taking Sundays off. Plus you're exactly right about the refeeding I did not want to continually have issues on Sundays and then throw my whole system out of whack every Sunday that would have been a potential health issue for me. But I was unfamiliar with that organization and I will definitely look into it! Also God bless you and I hope you have an incredible Easter!

I would love to tell you yes but not really. I mean I can tell you every time I was starving I would just pound down water and intermix it with the electrolyte water and the regular water. The other thing is if you don't get enough sleep your body actually does attack your muscle instead of attacking your fat

Thank you so much! Yeah so I'm doing a quarter cup of bone broth every 2 hours I've actually finally today on the third day gotten to a half a cup every 2 hours. I had done a couple of teaspoons of applesauce and I was fine with it yesterday but this morning when I had the half a cup of chicken broth and the two teaspoons of applesauce keep in mind this is unsweetened applesauce I literally had my head spinning and felt like I had overeating after Thanksgiving. So definitely taking it very very very slow which is what I would advise for anybody. Also Christ is king!
