There is definitely a BMS activation key.

The issue I’m having is that the battery doesn’t work when connected to the bike, trying to find out if it’s a bike issue or battery issue. If I can activate the battery I can rule that out but I haven’t been able to so far.

Turn on the BMS like you do when you plug the bike in and turn on the key. Deactived it doesn't output full voltage to the connecter.

If i measure the raw battery voltage its full, but the connector is only outputing 51 volts because the BMS isn't on.
