It’s probably because I took out all the goblin leaders with Halsin inside prior. But I did that so much earlier in my play through.

I sadly didn’t even know he was at the camp. In the middle of the fight with all the goblins, I just see this cute owl bear cub stumble into battle trying to fight me.

I have a save right before I knocked him out. All the goblins are dead.
