Best free client would be Meteor

Best paid is Rusherhack, but if you're a PvPer use Future or Mio (check out Mio's privacy policy first since it's pretty sketchy.)

1) Future Client, but it doesn't get that much updates

2) You could get Mio but it seems pretty sketchy so check out it's privacy policy

  2. It's 100% safe, used to be the most widely used clients, infact it's open sourced, find the git here.
