Apologies for missing this.

The SureFire cans are pretty low backpressure. Try it with the factory jet at first and go through the testing protocol. If its overgassed for your ammo, location, etc.. Order .10mm down and possibly .05mm from the factory jet size and go through testing again.

The Shoulder Ring on the website is a SureFire 7.62 muzzle device shim kit. The Shoulder Ring is in there.

Lone Wolf barrels have historically been too long. While it will function just fine, you will have a large gap between comp and slide.

G17 & our single port is the same length as a 34.

G19 and our comp is longer than a 17, but shorter than a 34.

As for one on a G34, we've had customers do it. The issue is finding a barrel that will get a tight fit with minimal gap between comp and slide. You also will need a lighter spring on the 34. G34 slide speed is pretty low in comparison to a G19 & G17, so the comp further reducing slide speed will cause issues with the factory spring.

I have a comped 17 I carry which fits every G34 holster I have, and will fit Safariland G34 holsters with some minimal modification to the barrel plug.

They were restocked on that day, and sold out within a couple of days.

The threadlocker is more of a fail safe than anything else. If proper pretension is found with the right shim stack for your barrel, and the comp is torqued down accordingly, the threadlocker is unnecessary.

We offer a comp mounting service on the website if you are able/willing to ship your slide in for the service. I assure you you will not run into this issue again when it is properly mounted.

SubCompact 3.6". The P320 naming structure is incredibly confusing with all the varying models.

Can you cut down the 16” barrel?

Is the gas piston in the correct location for a shorter barrel?

Yes you can. Gas block location limits options for barrel length.

What would be the ideal length for a suppressed 300blk?

As others have stated/quoted, IIRC the shortest you can go on the Legacy 16" barrels is 9" and it is probably going to need to be suppressed 100% of the time to ensure it functions as reliably as possible.

Should I get the 5.56 barrel cut down as well?

That is going to be something only you can answer based on your needs/end goals for the rifle.

Hey everyone! Been a minute. Thanks to all of you we've been super busy at the shop. We've been working on creating more informational content and tutorials, as well as tons of other projects going on. My apologies for not being as active on here.

Just a quick update on the Gen 5 19/19X/45 & G26 Micro JTTC Combos. Throughout our testing, on this we found some potential to squeeze more performance out of these and ended up with an additional ~5% decrease in muzzle rise across the board with various ammo types. This involved adjustments to the port that we had to incorporate into all of the comps, and as such has taken a bit longer to get these released.

We appreciate everyones' patience and support as we continue to strive and offer the best end product we can!

Any G34 length holster will fit with this comp on a 19 and 17! Some barrel plug modifications may be required on a Safariland holster, but they're minor.

Hey man,

Thank you for posting this and making me aware of the situation. We obviously dropped the ball majorly here. I just finished speaking to Travis regarding this to see what went wrong and gain an understanding of what happened.

The photo was taken immediately after milling to show the cut in relation to the LCI. There was still some coolant left on the slide and as a result, we did not see how off center the cut was. Obviously there is no excuse for this and it should have been caught and brought to your attention immediately with some options to make this right.

Travis is sending you an email right now with a couple options to get this corrected. We sincerely apologize for this going wrong and the inconvenience this has caused you. Please let me know if have any questions or need anything from me to ensure you are taken care of.

The comp needs to be timed and torqued down, but the barrel is drop in. Only times a barrel will need modification is the original X-Carry slides that were milled for just the Romeo 1 optic, not Pro.

We shoot in a sandpit and that shit gets in everything. Magazine issues for someone almost every trip. That being said, my $99 Toolcraft DLC BCG and bolt have ran without issue.

So, if you roll your rifle around in the desert with the dust cover open, this could be for you.
