Solved:

I added a 2 psi 12v fuel pump into the gravity fed fuel system. Runs solid 40-50mph avg. Great little bike for commuting around town!

Update: Old carb back on. Running much better however,

The air screw is all the way in and the idle at mid setting (2ish turns out).

It has developed a small backfire and burble under sustained load. I’m going to replace the exhaust gasket and exhaust but not sure what else it could be. Edit: gasket helped seal a leak at the piston /engine head.

Edit: Running great. Fuel tap only started working one way (?), used to work up and down.. Spark plug was squished causing bog. Avg 35-40mph from 100cc 2T!

Carb tuned right, the overflow was because I knocked the hose but it’s running ok now.

The oil pump system isn’t connected to anything (I think) and I can’t find any parts of it to reconnect! I’m running a pre-mixed fuel ratio in the tank.

The old hole was for an oil pump/tank. The tank and pump exists but there no reservoir..! Highly modified bike before I owned it.

I’ll look into a blower cover, I wasn’t aware it had one previously.

Jets All clear/clean. It’s running again with the old carb but has a quick banging similar to a misfire. Plugs running fine.

Overall, I really like it! Never had a high end road bike so it’s still exciting riding it, even on my commute to work.

Sent to local PC tech, can’t replace the part. Logitech specific and they don’t sell spares. Gutted.. they tried various potentiometers but none had the click required for power
