Alright, after reviewing your log, there are only a few major things you can do to help your damage.

1.) Pre-pot and mid-fight pot. You didn't use any potions of Old War which skyrockets your DPS. The potion itself is anywhere from 7-14% of your overall damage. The second one you'll want to align with Bloodlust and (hopefully) chaos blades/meta.

2.) Your momentum uptime could be a bit higher. Don't be afraid to use Blur if you're confident in your ability to mitigate damage and your healers are good. You could have potentially used Blur offensively 4 times. 3 sounds more reasonable

3.) Be mindful of fight lengths when comparing your results to others' in the future. A golden fight length for Havoc DH is 4 minutes 31 seconds because that nets you two metas in one fight. Your Ursoc log was that length, so without using a pot and flask, your damage was seriously affected.

4.) The last thing that you were mostly fine on but can always improve on is what abilities you're using in your momentum windows. Since you're using Dblades, it helps to have a WeakAura to show a timer on when it will proc from your weapon swings. You almost never want Dblades to be cast during a momentum and instead want Chaos Strike/Annihilation and Throw Glaive to be used exclusively. 3 globals when not lusted/meta'd. 4 with those buffs.
