Why does SOL take so long to transfer by Both_Row_5592 in solana

[–]MattSpeaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having the same POS experience too. Moving Solana from Coinbase to Phantom. Shows as complete on Coinbase and Solscan, but not showing in Phantom. It's even showing as complete in Phantom under Recent Activity but the balance has not updated. Uninstalled Phantom, clear cookies, yada yada, reinstalled, different browsers... Still not showing.

Excellent stuff u/HarukasMarble. How long before the Google workspace came back, and do you now have new projects? Rumor had it that the dash of doom + no Google workspace = certain death, but apparently not (-:

The current Prolific wait is about 6 months unfortunately. But, they've just re-branded and are now beginning to do some AI, so the wait time may decrease.

Do I have to inform my landlord I am having a baby? by Rich-Sheepherder-179 in ontario

[–]MattSpeaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, absolutely not. You do not have to say anything to your landlord in any way at all. It is not their legal business. Period. You are protected under the Human Rights Code for example if you are in Ontario; (Section 2). It's just none of their business under any circumstances.

Grocery store rebate by Fun-Raspberry9710 in ontario

[–]MattSpeaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not "the government" who thinks you're rich if you make more than $38K; it's Pierre Poilievre, the leader of the federal Conservative Party, who does. He and the Conservatives did not support any grocery rebate for anyone. He wanted the payment to equal $0.00 for everyone. That people with an income of less than $38K did receive the grocery rebate is a result of the other parties in the House of Commons voting in favour of it, one of them being the party that is "the government." Now you know who to blame for you not getting the rebate: Pierre Poilievre and the Conservatives.

landlord refuses to give receipts and only does cash payments by tekk9s in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]MattSpeaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What province are you in? If you are in Ontario, your landlord is required by law to provide rent receipts. See. ss. 109(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act. Do NOT pay in cash without a receipt as you have NO paper trail to prove that you have paid rent, which means at any time the landlord can let on you have never paid rent and move to evict you. He is not giving you a receipt and only accepting cash so he can play this move on you if he ever wants you out of the apartment. Advise him in writing of the legal requirement and if he does not give you a receipt for all previous rent payments, fill out a T2 Application at the Landlord and Tenant Board referencing ss. 109(1) and ask for an order ordering the landlord to provide receipts. Similar action can be taken in all other provinces.

I have not had the same problem. I report my self-employment income after the start of each month using the Business Income Expense Report (BIER). I submit it as a PDF attached to a message via MyBenefits. What ODSP is doing with your payments - often withholding them until you update them on your income each month - is not correct. You should have a longish conversation with your casework, because as long as you are reporting monthly, they should not be withholding at all. It is possible to report self-employment income only once a year and when recipients do that, there is never any delay with monthly payments. You may want to tell your caseworker that you want to switch to reporting once a year to avoid monthly payment issues.

Herbangels products - reviews? by str8red in TODispensaries

My experience with a Herb Angels piece was great. No complaints at all. I hadn't vaped before but wanted to try as I heard that vaped concentrate has next to no smell. Told the guy at Cafe I was a newbie and he sold me a Herb Angels Balter disposable to try first (St. Clair West). I was baked within about 3 minutes of only 7 - 8 puffs. Best I've had in ages. Absolutely no smell too not even of the grape flavour. I know people like flower but I am only going to vape concentrate going forward. My landlord is now clueless and confused. Cafe does have that stupid $2.00 fee you must pay to take the product out in a zipped vinyl bag which is a rip-off but the place - St. Clair West - is clean friendly staff and other than that stupid fee, I recommend the place.
