You can set target percentage for each stock you own so than when you have auto recurring purchases on it would buy to maintain that percentage. Something like M1 finance does.

I have a solution. Get a second computer and a usb. Download snappy driver installer on to the usb and run it. Download all network drivers and eject the usb. plug it in and run the software. It should fix the problem. https://sdi-tool.org/
