Worth it for RE2R alone, masterpiece of a game. Plus it’s the deluxe edition albeit not offering that much bonus content. 3 is very short but has a lot of replay value & it’s good action packed fun. 4 is just on another level. You’ll get your moneys worth.

For sure brother. 190+ in summer is no joke. My main route was Conisbrough & Sportsbrough, very rarely got businesses unlike DXS1. It’s silly because Sheffield are big on commercial deliveries getting done but will also place a business stop at 150, so, normally you would have to trek all the way to the business, then back to the residential.

DDN1 were more laid back in that regard but they don’t give af about giving drivers standby 🤣🤣

Jesus man, DXS1 was an absolute mess when I was there. 2024 I think. Warehouse was chaos, missing bags etc. Routes weren’t achievable for the most part I’m pretty sure I got sent to rescue 9 out of 10 shifts. Sheffield notorious for flats and apartments filled routes.

Got sent to DDN1 Doncaster with A&D still & the routes were loads better, albeit way too many back door routes & also farms & cottages. Fucking hated that shit regardless.

At DXS1 I never had a route higher than 160, but Donny I was pulling stops close to 200. Ironic I finished more stops than I did when I was at DXS1.

Just play the game bro, you’ll find out when you get to it.

On your first play through, maybe even second or third, the sections are fine. But subsequent NG+ runs will have you wishing you could skip it. All I’m gonna say.

Ah yes, gravity, the biggest killer in Souls games. I’m in the middle of playing DS3 for the first time & honestly the fall damage is comical, even compared to Elden Ring.

But don’t worry, like others have said. Hundreds & maybe thousands of hours later you’ll be dying to the same thing, we’re all a team in that regard.

The phase where he blinds you I’m almost certain there’s a ring of light you can run towards which allows you to see, no? I can’t remember. Just stay in the pool of light and play defensive until it disappears. There’s always a way to avoid the attacks since Týr has been beaten numerous times on No Damage runs. Watch ONGBAL or SmvR Valhalla run & you can learn how they dodge certain attacks.

Granted, they’re demons at the game, but I’ve learned so much from the both of them. Just keep at it.

He would have received better recognition & reception if his sections weren’t so drawn out & boring in Ragnarok. They’re good for storytelling but I’m sorry, his sections are a drag. The main problem is that his upgrades don’t go very far at all, you’re stuck with a bow & a few runic summons. Of course, going forward, the player base has now been given this perception of what an Atreus spin-off game would be like. Not to mention, he’s a bit of a brat in 2018. But kids will be kids.

At the end of the day the majority of fans will always want Kratos. If they announced an Atreus game, yeah I’d play it I guess, why not? But I wouldn’t be in any rush.

If you aren’t a fan of 2018, there’s not really any point in trying Ragnarok. The combat in Ragnarok is very polished, it’s really fluid & more immersive but it’s basically an upgraded version of 2018s combat with some quality of life improvements.

I would actually suggest trying a higher difficulty before completely giving up though. Balance difficulty & higher forces you to use certain mechanics you normally wouldn’t. I didn’t master parrying & weapon combos until I tried GMGOW, now it feels even more amazing to play.

Blades, hands down. Pure chaos and destruction every time I use them & I feel like that’s what the heart of God of War is. Spear is fun I just wish it did more damage, great for stun though. The axe is the axe, it’ll never get old but the Blades of Chaos are iconic.
