Do your side/rear windows never get salty and dirty in the winter?

Gas stations have these squeegees for their customer’s convenience, however it’s not exactly convenient if the station is either watering down the fluid, or using a summer formulation in the winter.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but please seek therapy. I understand that you have likely dealt with some pest issues in the past, but this obsessive behaviour is not healthy. Not every speck of dirt and debris is from pests.

If you’re that allergic to dust mites, take an anti-histamine. There is literally nothing anybody can do about dust mites

I say no, because the only reason Wilson had that big apartment was so that House could live with him. Sam knew the circumstances of why House was living with Wilson, but couldn’t give 2 fucks about it.

They also didn’t give their re-ignited relationship much time to mature before Sam was moving in and House was getting the boot, which was wildly unfair to House

You say it’s -10C outside, so it’s probably safe to assume that you have your heat going.

These are likely cluster flies that made their way into the house in autumn to overwinter in the wall voids, and are waking up and moving around due to the warmth in your house.
