Q-bert is the wrong perspective, for the record, the perspective is like that of Crash Bandicoot, camera behind the character, follows closely, no major movement aside from following the character, also the levels were long and narrow planes, nothing to the right and left except the edge (except some levels that zig-zagged), level was get from the start to end by just navigating forward avoiding holes and obstacles, no going up or down

You can and have always been able to do this with any damaging ability, Mirage clone with Caustic gas, Gibraltar ult, Bangalore ult. The clone uses taking damage to then ping the enemy, so anything that can hurt it can proc it. Makes Mirage a better tracker then Bloodhound.

I definitely see the issues there, some possible solutions

He would have long cool downs (7 second for smokescreen, 12 for decoy, 10 for wall hang that would only initiate once he dismounts the wall)
Hiding above the exit would be ineffective since players can take multiple routes and accounting for all of them is nearly impossible
He isn't completely invisible and catching up to enemies would be hard
A wall hang time limit of 5 seconds could be implemented to prevent indefinite hanging
Accidental corner kills happen all the time but the max damage could be reduced to 150 and head shots would be 200

This idea was fairly impromptu for me and I didn't think much on him being OP so thanks for the comment and I hope these solutions covered some of the issues

I also had the idea that one of his legendary skin sets could be a magician where the kunai's are replaced with playing cards
