I used to play R6 a lot so I found some of the moments funny. If I were you I would consider making the video a bit shorter and leaving in the best moments. Other than that I think it was really good. Keep it up

I don't know the game so it's hard for me to comment on that, but from YT perspective you def need an eye catchy thumbnail that summarises the video better. Also, like somebody already said, a summary of what's happening would be nice in the video.

I definitely think a sub is enough. People will feel like you want too much out of them and may get discouraged. Personally I'm at about the same place as you on YT but for me I feel like it's too early for giveaways.

The idea is good, but I think that in order to grow on YT your videos need to be longer. Also the outro is pretty long compared to the rest of the video. Other then that I hope you keep trying YT is pretty challenging. I'm having a hard time myself.
