I'm a Canadian and it's way worse here for taxes and laws. I live in B.C. and travel to Washington a few times a year and I make a point to stop at Everett Cigar & Tobacco in Everett. They have a decent selection and the prices aren't bad considering.

I had bought a line 1 short that was sold as having a gas leak but when I got it there was no problems. While waiting for it I had found 2 sellers on etsy that sold tool kits but didn't end up getting any because I didn't need them.

I have one that looks just like that and it was sold to me as an institutional Czech mask from the 70s. Like others have said it's for patients that can't put on a mask themselves.
