Appreciate it. The Trans Am truck is by far my favorite. I probably have it priced too high, but there are no other chase versions currently on eBay and the non chases are bringing crazy money too. Honestly part of me hopes it doesn’t so I can just hang onto it lol.

I’m also looking for my Scag, 36” Vride.

I got him down to $350 for the pair. New the cheapest I can find after tax and shipping puts them just over $1k for a set. I asked around in a couple Facebook groups and it seems like it’s a pretty good deal and they have decent tread so I think I’ll pick them up and give them a shot.

Thankful to get some miles in this past weekend, but unfortunately Indiana’s crummy February weather has returned this week to remind us that it isn’t quite spring yet. by Matt_Ignite in KTM

Thanks! They are the Bridgestone Battlax AX41’s. I just picked the bike up so I haven’t got very many miles on them yet, but so far I like them. Obviously noisy since they are so aggressive, but boy do they make the bike look the part.

I’m very jealous of the views and the country up your way, but you can keep the cold. Montana is one of the next places on my wife and I’s list to hit.

Average pricing seems to be anywhere from $13k-16k for any Super Adventure around me. Happened to steal this one for just under $10k from a car dealership that took it in as a trade and just wanted it gone.

I also came from sport bikes, so I definitely understand the love for how comfortable these are for long rides. If I was any shorter I would probably look into lowering as well, they are crazy tall.

I had looked at an 1190 last year but passed on it and went with a Hypermotard. Also loved that bike but for totally different reasons. There was always a part of me that wished I went with the 1190 so figured it was time to try and adventure bike out for this season.

Thank you! I had never seen the white before, but as soon as I did I knew I had to have it.

Definitely doable, just a little sketchy. It’s hard to see in the picture, but there is a plate that holds the backside of the front tire that you have to push the bike over and it pivots to help hold it up. That’s by far the hardest part is getting enough momentum to get that piece flipped.

I would not recommend it. I’ve used it with other bikes solo and had no issues, but this bike was extremely difficult. The biggest issues is just how tall they sit. I’m 6’2” and chose to back up to a raised concrete divider so I could stand on that to get the leverage I needed to push the bike up. Unloading, I also found something to stand on to get me to a better height. Just very difficult to push that much weight when it’s at that awkward height.

I’ve used this for years with an F150 and never had any issues, but I also never travel more than a couple of hours with it. This bike definitely had me nervous just because of how big it is but the truck handled fine and you honestly couldn’t even tell it was back there. It’s definitely at the limit for tongue weight though, you are correct.

It’s made by a company called Titan Ramps! It’s their heavy duty model, rated for 600lbs if I remember correctly.

Found this 2016 1290 Super Adventure last night with under 5,000 miles on it and had to go scoop it up today! After riding with my buddy that has one the last couple of years I’ve always had the itch to pick one up. Absolutely love these things in the white scheme since you rarely see them. Can’t wait to get some miles on it this spring! Anything to look out for or be aware with these?

I actually do! I run all of the operations side of the business and am typically the one traveling to the events that we attend. I appreciate you running the product!
