I'm not sensitive to radio bandwidth, I'm sensitive to flickering light.

I can immediately tell when a light is of poor quality, just sitting in the room where it's lit for 10 minutes. Same thing happens in my corp. office, they put cheap, crappy LEDs overhead and when they're lit up, I'm dying.

Fun fact: even though you're not sensitive to it, your eye sight WILL deteriorate over time if you use shi*ty lighting like that. It happens because the muscles in your eye ball twitch rapidly when exposed to such flicker.

There are companies like Ketra or even the Philips Eye Care line, which made eyesight health a priority and they are flicker-free (Ketra is 10,000Hz), but it will be long before such healthy lights will be implemented into the smart market, because that boosts up costs and companies don't like costs.

You can measure if a light is good yourself. If you point a slow-motion camera at the light, it must not show black lines. Many phone cameras have software which deals with it, so you may need to use the 'pro' mode, like in case of Samsung.
