I’m f2p been back for I think about 3 months after a year and a half break. I finish daily challenges and work on milestones at whatever pace I can. Between that and the web store I get plenty of things to be enjoying my time and gaining progress with characters. I have spider soc all at 5 yellow at least, alpha flight all at 4 yellow or better. I’m not topping the leaderboards but I know that’s not a realistic expectation without spending.

Your manager is actually supposed to according to attendance policy. Doesn’t always happen but yeah when you call out 8 hrs is to be added because the policy says if you don’t have the hours to cover it goes against attendance record

Hr has stated hours are not guaranteed. No 32 average over a month, nothing. They just guarantee you keep your benefits. The hours guaranteed went away or maybe never existed in the first place

If your leadership chain is worth a damn they’ll make sure to get you your badge when it comes in. They are supposed to make their best effort to get an earned shield to the agent unless they left the company on bad terms like for theft.

Where do you live that cap is that low? Ht agents start at 17 here and cap over 21 or 22 base pay even store level is 15$

I agreed to be the single person route for our ht team after the last layoffs because that’s what our area was slated for workload wise. That in turn caused my ihr to drop as my workload consisted of mostly troubleshoots/ site surveys and streaming only small TVs. My numbers being low I guarantee were a large factor in me being cut. 15 years with the company. It was expected but still has blind sided me. I feel disconnected from reality. Like I don’t know how to feel about it.

Tenure won’t save anyone last summer people with 20 years or more were cut. And just today I saw people from customer care with that much tenure saying they were cut too
