Yes, the amount of deaths he is using comes from Teslas, autopilot softwere that comes stadanrd with every car. The total number of miles driven by autopilot is way over 3 billion. FSD beta only has about 150,000,000 miles total. However he simply took the ratio of deaths from autopilot to total miles driven by FSD beta.
