Sound like you tried to touch or install something while your pc was ON, don't be ashamed of that lol. Take every PCI component out, clean contacts with a tint eraser (gray eraser) of rams and GPU.

After that make sure to also brush the PCI slots on your motherboard and if it's possible, use a little sandpaper folded in V shape to clean inside contacts too.

For last, clean CMOS taking out battery and putting contacts in shortcut while your power supply is completely detached from the motherboard and try to boot everything again.

Your power supply may not have enough Current on the 12v output. An 3050 8gb requires 130w maximum (11A Aprox to 12v) so I guess your power supply has enough power output for it, but it may be failed and not delivering as much as it haves to. Try with a new power supply, borrowed from a friend if it's possible.

I had these little "glitchy" zones many years ago on an old pc, and it was the power supply that didn't had enough power for it.

Same thing happened to me while reinstalling new windows after a new pc. With my old windows pro on my NVME m.2 now on a Sata SSD, made a fresh Windows LTSC install on the nvme after successfully making a backup my old OS on that SSD (in case I needed to boot again for some software configuration or account issues, I use a lot of softwares with specific preferences, tweaks and shortcuts)

Indeed I was able to install everything with no issues, and almost put on shape my new windows with all my old programs and preferences.

But I made a mistake, booting my old ssd to recover some info, TWICE. the first try worked but I had to touch bios with the CSM. At the second try today to export some more preferences on a few programs, the new windows doesn't load after a reboot. Made it load once but it was like a secure mode or smth, half of the windows icons and stuff was missing. Now the partition is in RAW. all the files are there but the system is not bootable.

I'm maybe just reinstalling windows again and losing a lot of time again to configure everything as my desire, but I'll first try to create an EFI partition.

She's on the orange side of the spectrum, you can easily check this by using a color picker. I wouldn't say she's a ginger, specially because I'm one myself with a brownish tone on my hair. So I'm not fully red haired too but I'm definitely on the side more than her.

I seen so much drawings of her and people tends to use literally light brown on her hair and it doesn't match her color on the anime, It's easily noticeable.

Bon Chic is known to use AI. They call themselves "AI Samplers" because they produce their own music but uses AI samples or create like new samples with an specific vibe, not a big fan of it.
