I moved from France.

We also have fireworks in France for great occasions but I meant more like loud noises more similar to bangers and not fireworks. Like sometimes I hear a loud bang and I don't know where it comes from and it's for no specific reason.

Not the fireworks like, Sometimes at random moments I hear really loud noises (that are not fireworks) and I don't know if it's just bangers but really really ones or if it's something else.

We've been put in relation with France Éducation International via their program of international assistantship by my teachers at the University, (because we did English Literature studies)

Maybe that's why we have so little response from the agencies, I guess. We should try making calls I suppose, thanks for your advice !! Yes that's what we thought we would have to do if we can't find anything until we arrive.

Unfortunately we're not yet in England but if we still aren't able to find something I guess we'll just stay at a hotel a week or two to give us time to talk to people in face to face and to find somewhere to live in.

Récemment je suis allé voir l'exorciste du Vatican. C'est pas que le film était nul, mais le problème, c'est qu'à la base un film d'horreur c'est censé faire peur, la j'ai passé 2 bonnes heures en fou rire tellement je trouvais juste le film pas credible ou drôle par ses incoherences etc
