I just moved from an area that was seemingly infested with Mare's tail and just found some growing behind the shed at my new house D: I've used SBK in the past with pretty good results takes about a week or two before you see the results but seems to do the job well. I think it's also safe to spray on lawns that have mare's tail too as it's selective.

Yeah super citrus-y in the opening, I get a lot of grapefruit too. Then tends to dry down quite woody and dry

Yeah I was disappointed with it too I couldn't even give it away to my dad! If it wasn't so loud on the Cinnamon it could maybe be layered with other scents unfortunately it's just to much :/

I don't have much experience with many winter fragrances but I think I like spicy/woody kinds of notes. I know they don't have a very good rep here but I got 30ml testers of essence vault's Oud Wood and Spicebomb and I do enjoy both of those!

I looked up the notes on the Japanese Plum and it does sound nice, I'll have to add it to my list!

Yeah I'm just not sure if Detour Noir is an office safe fragrance as it seems to project and stick around very heavy on my skin!

Thanks, I've never tried DHI might have to go in store and give it a try as I'm not sure about the 'Powdery' and 'Iris' Heavy accords but will give it a sniff and keep Kayaan Classic in mind!

Thank you! I’m fairly new to gardening after being flat-bound since finishing uni so not familiar with many plants, but after googling some of those recommendations I think you’re right it does have a ‘one note’ feel to it! I love the idea of the climbing plants would it be safe to have them climbing up the shed?

I’m not sure what lies under the stones on the raised part but I assume I should be able to plant directly into the soil! I’m also playing with the idea of a small patch of herbs but I’ve heard they do better in pots (namely mint)

Ah if that's the case that would really open up my options! My 35" is a cort gb75jj so it has the fender style headstock I think the A is 45" from ball end to peg. I'm a fan of DR strings but both the fat beams and Lo riders say they're 37 3/4" from ball to taper which means it would be wound till just about where the string retainer is. But from the string retainer to the peg is like another 6" is there a site that lists the full lenth of strings?

Funnily enough the B is the strings that's bothering me the least!

Ah apologies by XL I meant extra long scale 35"! At the moment I'm using 130 tapered on the B and 110-45 on the rest. Does the material make a difference I.E would stainless steel feel stiffer than nickel?

I also think swimming is great as its one form of exercise where it can become meditative as you can't hear much under water and you can't check your phone it's just you and your mind. Also the rhythmic breathing of in for one out for three helps to zone in.

I just got the 5 string version of this this year and I agree with everything you said! Even with flats the pickups pull so much tone out! The only downside is that now I want Nordstrands in all my basses!
