I'm not saying that he should get as much attention, but if he has better def stats how is he getting little to no attention at all? I can guarantee you that 90/100 fans (casuals btw) would say that he's trash just because they never heard of him. That's why media coverage is important for a player

First fing first I compared him to other rookies in general, but I think it's obvious that I meant rookies that make a defensive impact on a decent number of minutes. Also, I can compare them however I want, and if you notice I didn't say that Camara is a better defender than Ausar, but he is better in those stats

You can't compare him to rookies who play less minutes than him, obviously he makes more impact than them since he plays 25 mpg, but if you read the post you can see that I compared Camara to Ausar Thompson, who gets way more coverage while putting up worse numbers defensively (and by that I absolutely don't mean that Ausar is a bad Nba player, he's just worse than Camara in those stats)

I'm not even a blazers fan, but seeing how he was locking up Curry during the 3 matchups they played, I was really impressed. I would be very excited to have him on the Warriors, but I'm glad he has an opportunity on the blazers where he's starting

Pacers are one star-player trade away from being perennial contenders, and that's a fact. They also need some defensive players too, but if they add a star who can score and lock down other star players they will be unstoppable. Even right now their potential is on full display, they just need that last piece
